Home-grown Japanese plums are used in Matsui umeshu.
Perfectly balanced, Matsui brandy made using the underground mineral water of Mt. Daisen is added.
Rich and full-bodied, with an elegant aftertaste. Water, ice or soda may be added according to preference.
